People in your situation get circled by apps and services that see vulnerability as a market. This one was built by people who have sat where you are sitting. This page explains, plainly, what we store and what we never do.
Our binding promises
Not to facilities, not to marketers, not to anyone. Using this app will never cause a sales call.
Nothing here is trying to sell you anything, and nothing ever will.
Community conversations are never used for marketing or to train AI.
No subscription, no premium tier, no support gated behind money. If it is in the app, it is yours.
No facility or service can pay to appear or to rank higher. Listings are there because they are real and verified — that is the only way in.
What we store
Your phone number. We ask for your phone number only to sign you in. It is not shared with anyone. It is not used for marketing.
Community posts you choose to write. When you post in a community room, that text is stored so other caregivers can read it. You control what you share.
Your intake answers. The answers you give during setup (about your situation, your person's needs) stay on your device. They are never sent to our servers.
Conversations with the AI companion. Messages to the AI companion are stored without being tied to your identity. They are not linked to your phone number or account. They are not sold. They are not used to train AI models.
What we never do
- We do not run ads.
- We do not sell or share your data.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not use community conversations for marketing.
- We do not use community conversations to train AI.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account inside the app: Settings → About → Delete my account. When you do, your phone number, your account, and your saved settings are removed.
Posts you shared with the community stay, but your name is removed from them, so other caregivers' conversations stay intact.
Children
This app is intended for adult caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and note it in the app. The core promises above are binding and will not be weakened.
